    About Rick Gelber, Founder

    Rick Gelber is an education consultant who helps students realize their full potential. After an admission counselor’s advice caused him to be denied admission to his dream school, NYU, Rick became determined to learn the secrets of the admissions process inside and out. He not only was admitted to NYU the following year, but also graduated at the top of his class in American History three years later, earning the prestigious NYU Founder’s Day Award.

    After college, Rick worked at one of New York's largest charitable organizations, Coalition for the Homeless, where he oversaw fundraising campaigns and worked as editor of the advocacy publication Safety Net.

    Rick earned his JD from the University of Washington School of Law. He founded Prestige Admissions in 2017, helping students earn admission to the best colleges and universities in the world.
